Cougar Qsa helikon-tex jacket

Cougar® is a lightweight urban softshell outerwear. The fabric used protects from wind and light rain. The foldable hood on the neck is easily adjustable by means of a drawstring accessible from the pocket and rear tab. The hood is quickly accessible, with a zippered hood pocket and two-way zip. The jacket has three hidden ID panels, suitable for law enforcement staking jobs: two smaller front faces and a larger one on the back. Two blank ID panels attached with velcro are enclosed to allow the user to embroider or print suitable identification. The chest pockets have small organizers and D-rings for the lanyards, the pockets on the upper sleeves have eyelets for wiring. There is a fairly large internal Velcro-closed pocket at the bottom left.

The Quick Side Access ™ (QSA ™) system allows easy access to belt-mounted tactical items. Thanks to the ergonomic features QSA ™, the user can access belt mounting, eg. holster in one smooth motion, to reduce reaction time in a life-threatening emergency situation. An informal perspective and the correct positioning of the QSA ™ zippered slots would facilitate city law enforcement.
